Bernini Bristol: one of Rome's oldest hotel's, the historic Hotel Bernini Bristol, situated at the start of Via Veneto and close to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain, opened it's doors to the first of a long series of illustrious guests back in 1874. Villa San Michele : One of the world’s finest hotels, located in the hills of Fiesole, overlooking Florence. Once a 16th century monastery, the hotel’s façade was designed by Michelangelo. It is quite simply - elegant (and expensive!).
